Preparing for the Art Walk

This week was a short week (as we're not going to the UT Wednesday). Today we went over the basic logistics for the upcoming ArtWalk in Little Italy this weekend and what's going to be at the booth, etc. We were given a packet and asked to post one or two times on our personal Facebook/Twitter accounts about the ArtWalk to try and spread the word. They also gave us flyers to pass out around school to try and accumulate more buzz for the event. Supposedly there's thousands of people estimated to come through for both Saturday and Sunday so it should be great! Also today we were given brief instructions about our final project which will be to create a job description for the ideal position we would like to work at the UT and submit it by email, then the UT will schedule an interview with us and we will be interviewed for a potential position with the company and be asked why we wrote the description that we did and how we think we'll be beneficial to the company as a whole. I can't believe this semester is almost done, it went by so quick! That's all for this week :) -Sarah
