I've shared a google doc with all of you. In the meeting that I had with the UT San Diego people tonight, they asked for a list of your interests (including academic/marketing interests) as well as a list of what days and times you will be available to be in the office of UT San Diego. They have some great things planned but need to know when you'll be there. They request that you come in groups (hopefully the same groups that you have already planned but perhaps those will have to change, based on availability). They anticipate that you'll be in the office 4-8 hours a week (perhaps not every week).
This is going to be really exciting! They are very stoked about working with each of you. They also wanted to stress that they are indeed looking to hire someone at the end of the semester and that you should keep that in mind as you work on their projects this semester!
