I attended the St. Judes Letter writing event at USD for the content section. I really enjoyed live tweeting from the event I covered! I ended up doing more then the seven tweets and even added a picture to one of them. I thought It was a good way also to keep track of what was going on all night for myself. Some of my followers on twitter even mentioned to me after the event that they saw all my tweets on twitter and really enjoyed them.
The event went really well. More letters were made then the previous year, so hopefully more money will end up being donated! I had fun interviewing the various heads of the events and the participants at the event. The key speaker was a mother and her two kids, one who had cancer and has overcome it because of St. Judes. The whole event was really inspiring and I am excited to write my article on it!
