What is it about blogging that I just can't remember/get the hang of?
Anyway, my group is in Marketing this week and it seems like its going to be really interesting. I am doing a presentation on DiscoverSD--talking about the challenges of targeting a younger demographic and some of the opportunities that UT could capitalize on. Essentially, we are doing a SWOT analysis. I am going to highlight some of their strong points, but mostly focus on where they can improve and what might be stopping them from from reaching their goals. For example, they want to target the 20-25 year old age range, but the DSD site is very busy with almost TOO many options. It needs to be condensed in a way that is simple and clean looking.
I know at least one person did DSD for the Marketing section in the first rotation. If you read this, maybe give me some of your ideas! The more of the same ideas and critiques the more likely UT is to implement changes.
